Its extra sad too knowing Parrot was a rescue who was dumped by his original human, to me they're not owners since I can't see any companion animal as property, then suffered through life in a shelter and finally when things were starting to look up for Parrot this happened. The poor dear must've been wondering "what did I do wrong to deserve this" just before passing away, especially when fro mall accounts it was the other dog who attacked Parrot first and parrot was just defending himself. It s just so damn sad... I can only hope justice is done for Parrot even if it is too late for him now. I signed the petition, I encourage everyone to sign as well.Rich1299https://www.blogger.com/profile/13174533363030166683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3134097953118866368.post-54153196281728154792010-09-20T12:38:20.149-07:002010-09-20T12:38:20.149-07:00As Police officers you are taught to serve and pro...As Police officers you are taught to serve and protect for the good of the people. There was not a single moment that justifies what you did to Parrot. Not only will the people who witnessed this be traumatized by this memory but you killed an innocent living breathing pet. You should be ashamed by the way your staff reacted that day and should never be allowed to carry a gun if this is how it will be treated. Imagine your kids pets and your own being treated this same way and being able to do nothing about it. You would be devastated.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06044767064796667415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3134097953118866368.post-23251485149075785692010-09-19T11:08:24.474-07:002010-09-19T11:08:24.474-07:00shame D.C.P.D.; shame. if you're that afraid o...shame D.C.P.D.; shame. if you're that afraid of an animal i hate to see you in a REAL altercation. poor dog deserved MUCH better than he got in life.debbie garnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16775900276642847187noreply@blogger.com
